TECHNOLOGY - Meet the Outdoors! The features of this RV make it ideal for those that want the challenge of nature, but would still like comfort.

Although it's very easy to justify the price, new buyers would have to pay $15K more due to the very recent tariff.
There are quite a few upgrades that contribute to the overall price. They are:
IceCo 80 QT Dual Zone fridge/freezer
XO 33" ARK Stabilizer Jacks
Four season built into floor line
With the warranty and upgrades, there are approximately $8K in additional cost.
Hookup to tow this RV is very simple and makes it very clear that you can tow this RV with a lighter vehicle through the use of a Cruisemaster DO35 hitch.
As you continue around the RV, you will notice the hyper-built suspension system, allowing for stability regardless of the terrain. The wheels can be adjusted to overcome washouts and other uneven surfaces.
Additionally, you get lots of "outdoor living". This includes an outdoor kitchen, refrigerator/freezer with cooktop and sink. There is one awning on the "kitchen side".
More movement around the outside reveals an external shower with a wall-mounted tent, 42 gallons of fresh water and 10 gallons of gray tank - no black tank due to the Thetford C400 Cassette toilet. This outdoor tent is built in a weatherproof enclosure called an Annex that makes it twice as big enclosure outside that can handle rain or snow with an Amazing Outdoors kitchen inside of it.
Entry to the RV reveals very good use of space. Besides an outdoor kitchen, there is also a kitchenette with 3-burner stove, microwave and sink. The bed is in the front and allows access to the dinette table and tv.
There are a number of very important "hidden" features. The first is the Truma AquaGo HWS electric anti-freeze kit, insulated water lines and a wet bay with heaters. Another major feature is the electrical system. A mixture of solar panels, inverters and quality batteries ensure power delivery in even the most harsh environments. There are controllers that allow control of all electrical features in the system.
