This well maintained, lightly used 2024 Heartland DS320 is a spacious, family-friendly bunkhouse travel trailer with plenty of room for the whole family! Unit sleeps 8.
Outside of the unit you will find exterior features like a one-piece, fully walkable, seamless rubber roof, large power patio awning. Also an outside TV hookup, a flip-down storage rack for storing items like bikes, wood and coolers, etc. There is also lots of outside lockable storage including the King Kong pass-thru storage compartment with 52 cubic feet of storage with LED lights.
The unit comes equipped with an outdoor kitchen area with mini fridge, cabinet storage, sink, 110 power and LP stove hookup.
Exterior construction features include hybrid aluminum front profile and an aerodynamic radius front cage structure for better wind and water deflection, adding strength and reduces tongue weight. Additional exterior features include heated and enclosed underbelly, Pioneer Power Pack, power stabilizer jacks, power tongue jack and power awning, spare tire and carrier and more.
Step inside and you will find amenities like a spacious kitchen area with ample cabinet, drawer and pantry space, solid surface countertops, 3 burner cooktop with class cover and oven below. Also large stainless steel kitchen sink with high rise faucet and counter insert also 8 cubic foot refrigerator/freezer with fun chalkboard front and microwave oven. Just opposite is upholstered boot style dinette with storage cabinets above and below each seat. The unit also comes with Bluetooth sound system with zoned Bluetooth speakers.
The unit is carpet free with full linoleum on the main floor and no carpet in slide outs.
The Master Suite includes a full size residential queen bed (60"x80"), full length dual wardrobes with integrated lighting and USB charging, a wall mounted TV, CPAP ready storage with full power access. Also crossflow windows that open allowing for cool fresh air.
The full hall bathroom includes a shower that will accommodate the largest travelers. Also vanity with sink and storage below, mirrored medicine chest and and porcelain toilet.
