For sale is a 2023 ATC RVs 700 Series 2816 Toy Hauler--an exceptionally well-built, all-aluminum, single-owner unit equipped with the Above and Beyond Package and the optional Deck Package, which includes a rear patio railing system. This toy hauler is engineered for serious use. It has a fully welded six-sided aluminum frame, composite flooring, and an extruded aluminum garage floor, offering unmatched durability and resistance to rot, rust, or water damage. The rear garage is 96" Wide by 90" tall. The space includes a drop-down Happi-jac queen bed and sleeper sofa and is spacious enough to accommodate ATVs, motorcycles, or small vehicles.
The trailer features a modern interior with solid surface countertops, a 12V refrigerator, flush-mount LP cooktop, convection microwave, and a farmhouse-style stainless steel sink with pull-out sprayer. There is LED lighting throughout with dimmable controls. The unit also includes a smart TV, Bluetooth stereo with indoor and outdoor speakers, and USB power throughout. The front bedroom houses a residential queen bed with underbed storage and TV prep.
