This unit is very lightly used and ready for your next adventure.
This unit has space and a great layout, allowing for large families, friends, extended family, or full-time living. The rear bunk room can be used as a large office.
The unit's loaded allowed weight is under 10k lbs, which allows several of the newer 1/2-ton trucks to tow.
There are several features to discuss. This unit is equipped with a tankless water heater, providing hot water on demand. It also features a big feature: a walkable roof to allow cleaning and maintenance!
There is an outdoor kitchen, a bathroom entrance that allows for quick use, a built-in vacuum for easy cleaning, a solar panel mounted on the roof, a pre-wired rear camera, and a 50amp unit that can have an additional A/C unit installed.
This unit was very lightly used, the owned wanted to try fulltime/tiny home living, did not work, and did not stay in the unit very long. The unit interior is very clean and free from any smells.
