2022 Grand Design 311bhs in Excellent Condition!!! This RV is loaded including 1.5 baths, outdoor kitchen, one touch auto leveling system & more!
This fifth wheel boasts the usual great features that come with a Grand Design.
Arctic package tested to withstand 100 degrees or 0 degrees. There are heated tanks and basement storage areas.
The steps to go up into the living area roll out and sit very stable onto the ground. There is nothing flimsy about the steps that bring you into your new fifth wheel.
Inside the living area is very spacious and flooded with light from several windows.
There is a kitchen island sink with a counter separating the kitchen area. Beautiful refrigerator and stove are in good reach from the counters. There is also a hutch style storage area with a counter beneath it.
There is a dinette for eating those meals you just cooked.
The relaxing living area has heated/vibrating recliners. Across form the sofa is an entertainment area with a tv, storage and an electric fireplace heater with pretty glass coals.
The master with queen bed and full bath are off the kitchen. It has entry from the bedroom or the hall off the kitchen.
The bunkhouse has a door for privacy it boasts 2 flip down full size bunks along with a sleeper sofa. There is a half bath in the bunk house. Beneath one of the bunks is a desk area.
Outside there are 2 awnings and an outdoor kitchen.
On demand water heater.
Winegard Air 360 antenna with Gateway router included for Wi-Fi, TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) with the mobile app you can use your phone to operate both awnings, all four slides, leveling system, lights, as well as tire pressure/temperature
