The floor plan is great for families or couples that still need an office so you can work on the go. The second bedroom with desk and sleeper sofa - is a great office or private second bedroom. The loft over the second bedroom can be a place for grandkids or guests.
The unit has separate clothes washer and dryer units and a tankless water heater, so you never have to worry about running out of hot water!
The unit is comfortable with a large family room with a sleeper sofa and fireplace that can be used for heating or just ambiance. The large flat-screen TV with Roku service - and Bluetooth Stereo System / DVD player above the TV provide hours of entertainment - and the power recliners directly across from the TV / Fireplace - make this a great RV for tailgating, watching your favorite movie with the family or catching the big game.
The kitchen island with a large farm-style stainless steel kitchen sink with goose-neck faucet and matching covers provides ample countertop space in addition to the dining table with seating for up to four.
The galley has a four-door RV refrigerator/freezer, a residential microwave with a range hood/fan/vent - over the three-burner gas stove top with cast iron grating, and the gas oven below. There is ample storage space, a full floor-to-ceiling pantry closet, and many cabinets above and below the solid-surface countertops.
The doorway to the second bedroom/office is just across from the entry doorway, and there is a sleeper sofa and work station and additional cabinet space.
The steps up to the hallway lead to the full bathroom and master bedroom - and the wall-mounted control center is just to the right of the second bedroom doorway.
The ladder to the loft queen-sized bed is on your left as you head up the hallway. The bathroom doorway is on the left, and the bathroom features a step-in shower with corner seating and a large skylight overhead for lots of natural light in the bathroom. There is a large linen cabinet storage area to the right of the toilet and the bathroom sink, with a medicine cabinet above and more cabinet space below the sink. The tankless water heater control unit is located on the wall to the right of the sink.
The master bedroom doorway is just beyond the bathroom - and it features a large queen-size bed with storage below the bed and in the dresser on the wall at the foot of the bed. The large full-width wardrobe closet has sliding mirrored doors, there are separate clothes washer and dryer units in the closet.
The unit features two roof-mounted AC units with ducted vents throughout the RV and a 35,000 BTU central heating system (propane-based) in addition to the 5,000 BTU electric fireplace.
Outside, the two power patio awnings make this a great RV for tailgating activities - and the unit comes with a second large flat-screen TV (shown on the bed in the loft in the photos - that can be set up inside or outside).
There is a touch-screen control panel in the storage bay - a wireless backup camera and the unit has a Tire Pressure Monitoring System installed.
The RV has easy access to all the RV Systems like water, sewer, power, auto-leveling system, propane tanks and the full-width storage bay and the front storage compartment behind the fifth wheel hitch. All of the systems are clearly marked and easily accessed.
