This 2022 Jayco Eagle HT 284BHOK is a family-focused bunkhouse travel trailer with electric stabilizer jacks and a weight-safe 20k lb. weight-distribution hitch.
The single slide out that expands the main living area, offering an interior height of 7 feet throughout.
The living area has an electric fireplace/heater with theater seating.
Inside, the layout includes a front private bedroom with a residential king bed and under-bed storage, a full bathroom with porcelain toilet and skylight, and a rear bunk area with double-over-double bunks.
The U-shaped dinette in the slide out converts to an additional bed, along with other convertible seating, allowing it to sleep up to 8 people.
The kitchen has solid-surface countertops, a three-burner range, a microwave, and a gas/electric refrigerator, complemented by a dedicated outside kitchen with griddle, sink, and storage.
Climate control comes from a standard 15,000 BTU "Whisper Quiet" roof air conditioner (with a second unit) and a 35,000 BTU furnace, which can be controlled via a BM Pro touchscreen Bluetooth home controller, with four-season features such as a fully enclosed heated underbelly, double-layer insulation, and radiant barriers.
The owner has upgraded the batteries to a Battle-born GC3 Kit, which is a 270aHr 3.5kw Lithium Battery, a Victron 3000w whole home inverter, with a full Victron energy battery monitor, and a vehicle charger.

Selling in preparation for a move after I retire from the military. Everything you need is included. Just bring your truck, throw some food and some clothes in it, you can camp anywhere in this trailer off grid with full amenities as if you were hooked up to shore power. With the Battle Born upgrades, the entire house is powered all the time. You can even run the AC off battery power (within limits).
Starlink gives you full communication capabilities from anywhere. Make a Zoom call, watch football on the TV, Netflix, kids iPads etc. The 12v fridge does not burn propane, so the only thing running off gas are the home furnace, water heater (has an electric heater too), fire pit and grill. The gas fire pit allows you to still have a camp fire even when burn restrictions are in place. Two giant bunk beds the kids love, one folds up to fit bikes, kayaks, etc. in the trailer. King size bed has a memory foam topper. Outside wet bar has a fridge, sink, water, ice maker. Absolutely massive pantry behind the entertainment center. All LED lighting every where.
Bathroom is huge, tons of cabinet storage, glass door shower. Everything on the house can be controlled via your phone. Lower the stabilizer jacks, run out the awning, adjust the lights, etc. all from your phone.
