Coachmen, with a great reputation for high quality manufacturing for years is by Forest River, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Company.
The Pursuit 31TSP has some advanced technology construction on the exterior of this motorhome. The sidewalls are constructed using a high-gloss, color in fused process for a beautiful finish that withstands damage from UV rays from the sun. No chalky white substance to form and no spider webbing, fading and eventually peeling plastic decals! This coach will look great for years to come with this technology.
The sidewalls are also constructed using a composite material called Azdel. Azdel replaces the more common material known as Luan, which is a plywood panel on the interior finish. Luan has zero protection for water damage, wood rot, black mold, and greatly increases the possibility of delamination. This is another great RV Industry "breakthrough" to protect the longevity, value, and total cost of operation over the lifetime/ownership of your coach.
Designed for families and serious travelers alike, this coach is built on a proven Ford F-53 chassis powered by a Ford 7.3L V8 (350HP 468 lb-ft of torque) The Pursuit 31TSP delivers a smooth ride with plenty of power for towing up to 5,000 lbs, and getting you up those hills and steep grades.
The interior has a residential feel with leather high end quality furniture. This coach has theater seating, large HD tv, and fireplace in the living area. The full kitchen has all the amenities of home with a 3 burner Stove with oven, and Microwave with a light/vent hood. The bathroom is still available if someone is in the shower with a split bath floor plan and private toilet.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, HD tv, his/her wardrobes with a bank of drawers for plenty of clothes storage. It is also pre-plumbed/wired for a washer and dryer.,
This coach is very friendly for boondocking/dry camping applications while on your trips. It features a generator/Inverter/solar panel set up for optimum performance when no electrical service is available. Also, water-use friendly with its vacuum flush 3 stage porcelain toilet system.
