The most attractive feature of the 364BHL is the second bedroom and loft. This room has two full-size beds, making it more comfortable for your family and/or overnight guests.
There is also a bath and a half. The full bath is in the master and has a walk-in shower, vanity, and a linen closet. The half bath is in the second bedroom and has a separate exterior door.
The interior has had a facelift, making the main living area and kitchen brighter and more user-friendly. The cooktop and oven have been removed, and a custom countertop and cabinet have been installed. This gives you significantly more counter and storage space.
