2021 Grand Design Solitude 390RK

Meet the 2021 Grand Design Solitude 390RK, a used luxury rear-kitchen fifth wheel built for full-time living and long stays. Built in Middlebury, Indiana, the Solitude uses Max Built construction with a 101" wide body, 5-sided aluminum cage construction, high-gloss gel-coat fiberglass sidewalls, a painted front cap, frameless tinted windows and a walk-on roof.

At 41 ft 5 in long, with a dry weight of about 14,562 lbs, a GVWR of 16,800 lbs and a 2,794 lb pin weight, the 390RK rides on 7,000 lb axles with MORryde CRE3000 suspension, a MORryde pin box, self-adjusting brakes, 16" aluminum wheels, G-rated tires and Tire Linc TPMS. Six-point hydraulic auto-leveling makes setup simple. Always confirm your truck's towing and payload ratings before you hit the road.

Five slide-outs create a very open interior. The living room has power reclining theater seating with heat and massage, tri-fold hide-a-bed sofas, an electric fireplace and an LED smart TV with a Rockford Fosgate sound system. The rear kitchen includes a professional-grade cooktop with oven, a microwave, an 18 cu ft four-door stainless refrigerator, solid-surface countertops, a real tile backsplash, an oversized pantry and a hutch. A wall-mounted dinette table seats four. The front bedroom has a 60" x 80" queen bed, nightstands with USB ports, a bedroom TV and washer/dryer prep. The bath includes a one-piece fiberglass shower with a glass door.

The Stealth A/C system provides dual air conditioners with race-track ducting, and the Weather-Tek Package adds a high-output 35,000 BTU furnace, a fully enclosed and heated underbelly, heated tanks and a heated utility center. A 12-gallon gas/electric water heater, whole-house water filtration and a 12V MaxxAir fan with rain sensor are included. Tank capacities are 93 gal fresh, 106 gal gray and 53 gal black, with 60 lbs of propane. Outside you'll find a 16 ft power awning with LED lighting, under-unit LED lights, an exterior spray port, SolidStep quad entry steps, solar prep, backup camera prep and 50-amp service.
