This 2021 Cedar Creek Silverback 37FLB fifth wheel has been lived in for an extended period. It is very clean; however, the seller has removed all the living room furniture, dining table, and chairs and is not replacing them.
The owner is motivated to sell, and the unit is priced well under book value.
There are many extras, like a large 55" LED HD TV in the living room, so everyone can see clearly. The fireplace is very nice-looking and can be turned on to change colors, keeping the entire living room warm when needed or just for the ambiance. There is also a nice built-in sound system.
