Solar-Equipped Momentum 397TH w/ 5.5kW Gen, MORryde Suspension & Patio Garage - Tow Vehicle Available
This 2019 Grand Design Momentum 397TH is set up the way a lot of buyers are actually trying to find them -- already dialed in with solar, upgraded suspension, and a garage/patio setup that makes the back space usable instead of just storage.
The current owners have had it for about 5 years and have mainly used it as a stationary setup here in Arizona, so it hasn't been hauled around much during their ownership. The previous owner did travel with it and added some of the more meaningful upgrades, including the MORryde suspension and a camera system, so it rides better than a stock setup and gives you visibility when towing.
The rear garage is one of the strong points here. It has the HappiJac bed system, its own fuel station, and the ramp converts into a patio with railing and an awning, which is how it's actually been used. It turns that space into a second living area instead of just a place to park toys.
Inside, you also have a stackable washer and dryer already installed in the front closet, which is a nice addition for longer stays or full-time use.
On the power side, this one already has a solar setup installed with inverter components, along with an Onan QG 5.5kW generator that's showing about 107 hours, so very light use. Between that and the three A/C units and 4-season build, it's a setup that works well whether you're plugged in or not.
