Looking for a 45 foot Class A Diesel with Tag Axle, 450hp Cummins Diesel engine, V-Ride Air Suspension, Bunk Beds, All Electric - No Propane with AquaHot Instant Hot Water, Floor Heating, 3 Roof ACs and much more? Look no further - this 2019 Berkshire XLT 45A is loaded and has low miles - has been well maintained.
The tires need to be replaced and seller will get those replaced (based on the age of the tires - DOT 4218), as part of the sale.
The unit has a cracked rear fiberglass panel - which is being sold as is. Seller got an estimate to repair it of $5,000 and is willing to discount so buyer can get it repaired.
The floorplan is comfortable and open, with the 4 opposing slides that create an inviting living space. The unit has three roof AC units - the front is a 15K BTU with Heat Pump, the middle is 13.5K BTU and the Rear is another 15K BTU unit. The AquaHot 400D provides instant hot water, heating for the unit, including in-floor heating. The All Electric unit means no propane - except for a gas grill tank that has never been filled.
The sleeping arrangements include a drop down bed over the Driver and Passenger seats, the dinette sleeper, a sofa sleeper, two bunk beds and the Tilt a View King Bed - great for watching TV or reading your favorite book at night.
