After speaking with multiple prospective buyers on this unit, the overwhelming feedback has been concern regarding the missing couch. The absence of the couch appears to be the primary objection preventing many buyers from moving forward.
This feedback has been discussed with the seller. While the seller is not interested in replacing the couch prior to sale, he has agreed to offer a $1,000 allowance toward the purchase of a replacement couch for the new owner.
Additionally, since the unit was listed, the seller has replaced all six tires. The tires are new and in excellent condition, representing a significant value-added upgrade for the next owner.
