When walking into this unit, solid wood cabinets
surround you. One cannot help but notice their
beauty, as well as their immense utility. While that is
awesome and appreciated, their number one concern
when purchasing their second 5th Wheel was the
structure and durability of the unit. Travel trailers
take a beating when cruising down streets and highways. They have been told that what RV experience is similar to a hurricane and a tornado happening simultaneously. The first time they were shown this model, the salesperson hung onto the valance with his full weight to demonstrate
the construction of this RV. So, rest assured, this
unit was built with great bones. To complement what
Van Leigh manufactured, the owners have added 8-K axles,
8-K springs, disc brakes, and Goodyear "H" rated tires on aluminum 17.5 wheels. Now, this RV is made to go the distance safely! And nothing is more important than that.
They purchased this unit from the original owners, who had used it only a few times before health concerns forced them to sell. They knew that it checked all the boxes
for them, but they were assured that it was in excellent
working condition when they took it to an independent inspector and received a perfect report. Additionally, they were able to transfer the warranty from the previous owner to themselves. That gave them an additional sense of security and well-being. So, they would like to pay that forward to the person, or persons, who purchase their RV. To do this, contracted a detailed inspection on March 23, 2025. You will be happy to learn that it passed with an impressive 100%. That allowed them to purchase a 5-year
extended warranty that is transferable to the new
owners of their unit, for a fee of $75. And that

Although the base unit of this 365RL comes loaded,
several options and extras have been added. Those
include two AC units, two awnings, a ceiling fan,
dual pane windows, electric power cord, upgraded
electric stove, convection/microwave, All of the
