The 2015 Solera 24R by Forest River is a compact Class C motorhome built on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 chassis with a 3.0L V6 turbo diesel engine.
Paired with a five-speed automatic transmission, it provides smooth handling and efficient fuel economy compared to larger gas-powered RVs. At just under 25 feet long and about 8 feet wide, it's easy to maneuver while still offering a comfortable living space. The height is slightly over 11 feet, and the interior ceiling measures around 6 feet 8 inches.
The floor plan features two slide-outs. One slide expands the main living area, and another accommodates the rear bedroom, maximizing space inside. The rear queen bed offers privacy and storage, while the living area features a dinette that can be converted into additional sleeping space.
Above the cab, there's another bed or entertainment center option, making it suitable for couples or small families. Included are two televisions, one of which has a DVD player. Interior finishes include quality wood cabinetry, solid surface countertops, and residential-style lighting.
