2014 GREYHAWK 31FS, LOW MILES!!! PLENTY OF ROOM AND STORAGE, READY TO HIT THE ROAD!!!
This lovingly maintained 2014 Greyhawk 31FS in Durango, Colorado, comes with many extras and is ready to head out! A wonderful addition of two solar 'suitcase' units wired-in with an easy-to-read monitor of the house battery provides you the opportunity to go off-grid with ease. Its 50-gallon water tank with the ability to country fill also aids in this boondocking pursuit. The inverter was replaced with an upgraded unit; it will power a CPAP and more overnight. All lights have been replaced with LED bulbs for energy efficiency, and there are power-saving battery operated puck lights as well.
With two slides, this Class C Motorhome is surprisingly spacious inside. It has a nice kitchen with everything you need; a pantry, stove top, oven, an 8 cubic foot fridge/freezer and sink. Extra workspace has been added via two fold-down 12"x 13" shelves. The dinette converts into a smaller bed for two. The sofa also converts into an additional sleeping area Locking straps have been added to the under-stove drawer and refrigerator to keep things in place in-transit.
There are bunks beds in the hallway, each with an added CD/DVD player with headphones. Don't need those extra beds? Convert one or both into extra pantry/storage space! The privacy curtain for the over cab bed has been reconfigured to enclose it better.
The master bedroom is spacious, with a queen bed with an upgraded mattress and plenty of storage. It's bright and airy, with two windows and a temperature-set overhead fan with a roof-vent cover so it can remain open if it rains. And, it has a brand-new bathroom vent fan.
Put out the awning, complete with a vertical extender, and have a nice outdoor living area; it has plenty of outside storage bins for lawn chairs. There is also an external propane hookup and mount for an outdoor grill. A newer keyless entry lock is included as well as a small indoor locking safe. This motorhome has always been stored with a cover during winter months. The Onan 4.0kW generator powers the whole rig.
