This 2012 Tiffin Allegro Open Road 34TGA is a solid, no-nonsense Class A gas motorhome that does a great job of feeling roomy without being massive. It's built on a Ford chassis with a 6.8L V10, so it's got enough muscle to cruise comfortably, even when towing.

With three slide-outs, the inside really opens up once it's parked. There's a sofa and a booth dinette up front, both of which can turn into extra sleeping space if needed. The driver and passenger seats swivel around, so they become part of the living area when you're not driving.

The kitchen is well laid out, with plenty of counter space, a three-burner stove, oven, microwave, and a two-door fridge. Cabinets are all made of hardwood, and there's a good number of them, so keeping everything organized is easy.

The bedroom in the back features a queen bed that slides out, allowing for easy walking space. There's a wardrobe, some drawers, and a TV facing the bed.

The bathroom is divided -- a shower on one side, a toilet and sink on the other -- so two people can use it at once without bumping into each other.

It also comes with a power awning, backup camera, auto-leveling jacks, and decent basement storage underneath. Nothing super fancy, but it's well put together and really comfortable for weekend getaways or longer road trips. Just a good, reliable coach that gets the job done.
