You are viewing a beautiful DAMON TUSCANY that has been well maintained and very well cared for.
The current owner routinely changes the engine and generator fluids and installs new filters.
The A/C units are heat pumps that are highly efficient, economical to operate, and quiet running.
The exterior finishes appear to be in good condition. All the slides operate properly. A previous owner resealed the roof in 2023 and it appears to be in really good condition.
Inside, the opposing slides in the living and kitchen areas create a very large and open area. The slide in the master bedroom provides for a very spacious and comfortable room.
