This 2007 Tuscany 4074 is a great find for those of you looking for something ready to go south right now.

The current owners have had this rig for two years and have made some great improvements (see below). They are only selling this because they inherited a newer RV and can't use both! Their loss is your gain!!

Powered by a 350 HP turbo diesel Caterpillar engine and an Allison transmission, this rig will easily handle the Rocky Mountains or the Blue Ridge Parkway even while hauling a trailer.

Set up to sleep six (King Bed, Pull Out Double Couch, Dining Table Converts to a large twin, Loveseat Lays Flat), this is a great layout for a couple who wants to be able to travel with friends or family occasionally.
