2001 Winnebago Itasca Spirit

22 ft. motorhome. Only 27k miles. Runs great. V10 Ford engine.
Upgrades include back up camera, swivel TV, new fan covers, new bathroom faucet, new outdoor shower faucet, new water heater and water pump.
Interior is in great condition. She has been well maintained. Tires were replaced at 20k.
Comes fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils. It has the windshield privacy bra, rugs, leveler blocks.
Refrigerator, freezer, microwave.
AC and heater work great.
There’s a bed above the cab and the couch folds into a bed. The dining table also converts to a bed.
The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower.
It has plenty of storage and an outdoor shower.
Everything works great except for the generator. We always went to sites with hookups so we didn’t need it.
Also, the main door locks from the inside but can’t be opened from the outside with a key. It needs a new lock.
We have loved this RV. We just don’t have time to take her out anymore. She’s ready for your new adventures!
