This 2017 Jayco Pinnacle 38FLSA Is a delightful place to spend downtime for a long weekend, an entire season, or full-time.
The layout gives lots of space between the rear bedroom and the front living room - kids or guests can enjoy movies or music without bothering the folks in the bedroom.
The enclosed heated underbelly, heated storage areas, 40,000 BTU high-output furnace, electric fireplace with thermostat, washing machine and dryer, and residential refrigerator with ice maker and water in the door are some features that make this Pinnacle a good choice for full-time living.
Recliners face the big screen TV and fireplace in the front living room, so settle in and get cozy. The two opposing slides in the living room make it feel open and friendly. This also allows both opposing sofa sleepers to be opened simultaneously for guests.
Come down the steps to the kitchen and dining area, and you will find everything needed to please any chef. There is a floor-to-ceiling pantry, a three-burner LP stove on the counter, and a good-sized oven below. The large microwave /convection oven is above.
There is plenty of prep space, with a counter area beside the stove, a kitchen island, and a large buffet with counter space. The dining table can be extended to allow for larger family meals or board games.
Head down the hallway to the master bedroom. The owners can settle into the king-size bed to watch TV or read a book.
